I checked out Star Trek the other day and found it to be a very cool flick. Although I heard that die-hard fans didn’t much like it, I went out and bought the Blu-ray disk when it came out…
The action was pretty cool and the plot was also understandable – not like some other sci-fi films! But poor Kirk – his face got bashed in more than once 
Overall, a solid 8.5.
